I have full rights to refuse a commission. If I feel I can't draw what you ask for, to the best of my ability or simply makes me uncomfortable, I will reject the commission.

You will have opportunities to ask for some changes during the sketch phase ONLY.

The only other changes allowed, are the colours during the flats phase, after that is a no go.

You will get work in progress pics throughout the process.

You will get two versions, a signed and unsigned version.

I don't have to post the commission.

If you want to post the commission if I don't, I will only allow it on Twitter, and even if you do, all I ask is for credit and for the signed one to be posted.

Don't make merchandise of the commission.

Do not use the commission commercially.

Do not take credit for creating the art piece.

I do not allow any art I make whether personal or commissioned to be used as an NFT, this will be your only warning, do not try it.

I ask for half the payment upfront and the second half before I'm done.

Do not send the payment unless I ask you to. I will inform you when I start the commission to give you the go ahead to send the money and also a chance to cancel the commission if you have changed your mind.

See you space witch; this is something you must add to your commission form so I know you read this.

If you cancel while I am working on it, depending on what stage I am at, depends on how much you will get back.

I do require you to send me a reference and information on what you want done.

I do not like to be rushed so if it is required to be done at a certain date, ensure you ask months ahead.

I take payment in Euro as I am European, keep this in mind when looking at the prices.
